Welcoming our new recruits

Ryan Gebbie is our newest CEMS Service Engineer. With a background in emissions testing and fault finding on electrical generation equipment, he brings valuable experience and complimentary skills to our existing team.

Ryan will be on-site supporting our UK wide customer base, providing a range of services including scheduled maintenance, instrument calibration, commissioning and customer training.

When not traveling around the UK with work, Ryan plays basketball every week at the local leisure centre with a group of friends and eventually plans to join a local league to play competitively.

Alongside basketball he plays golf at the local course based in Matlock and sometimes other courses around the country for amateur tournaments.

The department also welcomes Louise Walker as Sales & Service Administrator. Louise is fully used to the demands and needs of a busy working environment having spent many years at the fore of her family business in electrical wholesale. After a move ‘up North’ from Hertfordshire last year, we are thrilled to have her on board.

Communication is key to a successful and efficient service operation. Louise will be a key point of contact for our service customers, assisting with scheduling visits and the day to day demands of this active department that supports equipment on many critical plants.

In her spare time Louise loves long countryside walks with her husband and 2 dogs, especially when it can include a pub lunch en-route.

Whilst 2021 continues to be a challenging year in so many respects, our team continue to strive to provide an outstanding service for our customer base in a variety of industries and servicing a wide range of CEM instrumentation.
